Most people only fix half the problem.
Mouth tape alone keeps your lips closed. Nasal tape alone opens your airways. But when you use both together, you create the complete breathing system your body was designed to use, filtered air in through the nose, lips sealed, oxygen delivery optimised all night.
This is how athletes and high performers in the Gulf are sleeping.
The Breathing Duo gives you both in one box, nasal tape for airflow, mouth tape for lip closure. Use them together every night and feel the difference within a week.
Built for UAE heat and humidity. Both tapes hold through the night without peeling or irritating your skin.

FAQs
1. Prep your skin
Clean and dry your nose, no creams, oils, or leftover moisture, so the tape can grip properly.
2. Position it right
Place the adhesive just above where your nostrils flare out. Accuracy matters.
3. Press Well
Press and rub firmly for 15–20 seconds to secure the tape. Take a deep, confident breath, your better breathing starts now.
4. Gentle removal
After use, rinse your face with warm water for about 10 seconds. Gently peel one side, then the other. And that’s it, easy, clean, effective.
You can comfortably wear The Solution tapes for up to 12 hours, perfect for full days or nights on the go.

Yes. Nasal breathing has been shown to lower cortisol levels — the body's primary stress hormone. This helps support emotional balance, reduce anxiety, and promote a calmer state of mind.
We can’t promise miracles—but The Solution might be the first solution to fewer arguments. Better sleep means less snoring, less irritability, and maybe even fewer “sleep on the couch” nights. Ask your partner... but we’re here to help.
